This mural is roughly 1800 square feet and is located on the northwest corner of the square in Lamesa, Texas. This is the first layer of concrete.

Five out of the herd of horses that are closest to the foreground are a scultped relief breacking the brick plain. I can't tell you how many kids have gone up to the wall and felt the horses so far.

Primed the surface and appied more concrete to use the brick texture to mimic a real wall the horses are crossing over.

I have got the base coat of the horses down and almost done with the sky. This week I will start on the ground and hopfully the next layer of the horses. I have about three weeks left on this project.
